Architectural Review Board Members

The ARB is made up of volunteer members who are appointed by the POA Board President in January. The ARB reviews building plans or modifications to the exterior of your property, including painting, cutting trees and other major changes. Owners and builders are required to submit applicable building or modification forms to CEPCO, the Indigo POA management company for review by the ARB.
