Clubhouse Reservations

Our clubhouse is available for use by all POA owners.
Number of occupants permitted in accordance with the NC Fire Prevention Code is:
Tables and Chairs – 25 Persons
Standing – 40 Persons

Clubhouse Rules

If event/meeting involves more than 50% POA owners, then no fee is required.
Fees for events attended by more than 50% non-POA owners:
1-5 hours: $50
> 5 hours: $75

All those requesting use of the clubhouse are required to submit a Rental Form by downloading and returing via email or mail to:
